ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION, SEXUAL HARASSMENT OR RELATED RETALIATION

 

Complaints relating to illegal discrimination, sexual harassment or related retaliation against a faculty member filed by students, staff, visitors or faculty are handled by the Office of the Dean of Faculties.

Procedures for filing and investigating these complaints can be found in Standard Administrative Procedure 08.01.01.M1.02 - Investigation and Resolution of Complaints Against Faculty Members for Illegal Discrimination, Sexual Harassment or Related Retaliation Charges.

You are encouraged to make an appointment to speak with the Dean of Faculties for a confidential consultation. The Dean of Faculties will advise you of the resources and options available in your situation. If you decide to file a formal grievance, the Dean of Faculties will advise you on how to proceed.
