ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION, SEXUAL HARASSMENT OR RELATED RETALIATION

Complaints relating to illegal discrimination, sexual harassment or related retaliation against a faculty member filed by students, staff, visitors or faculty are handled by the Department of Civil Rights and Equity Investigations (CREI).

Procedures for filing and investigating these complaints can be found in 08.01.01.M1-Prohibited Conduct: Discrimination, Harassment, Complicity, and Related Retaliation based on a Protected Characteristic.

You are encouraged to make an appointment to speak with CREI for a confidential consultation. CREI will advise you of the resources and options available in your situation. If you decide to file a formal grievance, CREI will advise you on how to proceed. To schedule a consultation, call (979) 458-8407.
