  • The Associate Dean of Faculties is the primary liaison regarding all faculty policies and procedures. In addition, he serves as the risk management advisor for academic affairs and will be handling all faculty ombuds officer and grievance issues received in the Dean of Faculties office. The Associate Dean will also interface on faculty development and retention programs and coordinate all faculty written guidelines issued by the office. He will participate in all Department Head development programs and make information about the processes administered through the Office of the Dean of Faculties readily accessible and highly informative. Dr. Bonner will also act as the liaison between departments and colleges and the Office of the Dean of Faculties.
