Nicole joined Faculty Affairs in April 2023. Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Faculty Affairs, Nicole provides a high level of support with faculty related processes such as recruitment, hiring, administrative appointments, retention, evaluation, tenure, promotion, post-tenure review, terminations, disciplinary actions, and grievances. She assists with the development of guidelines, policies, rules, and regulations. Nicole is also involved with process improvement and new initiatives. Prior to joining Texas A&M Faculty Affairs, Nicole worked in the Office of Faculty Affairs at the School of Medicine.
