Kathy joined Faculty Affairs in April 2022 as an Assistant Program Director. In November 2023, she became a Director in Faculty Affairs. Kathy is the team leader for Interfolio Faculty180 and RPT providing support, training, and guidance to administrative personnel and faculty. She also oversees endowed positions and post-tenure review.
Prior to joining the Faculty Affairs office, she worked in the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University in the department head’s office for over 23 years. She also previously worked within the College of Engineering Dean’s Office, the Mechanical Engineering Department, and the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Department within the university.
