  • Kelly Drake joined Faculty Affairs in November 2023. Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Faculty Affairs, Kelly oversees the day-to-day operations concerning the receipt of complaints and appeals. In addition, she manages the consulting and external employment process for faculty as well as the International Alternate Work Location process for the university and provides coordination support functions to Immigration Affairs concerning the review of Alternate Work Location requests for foreign national faculty members and staff.

    Kelly brings over 10 years of experience in faculty affairs having worked for the former Dean of Faculties and the School of Medicine. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2005 and a Master of Public Health with an emphasis on Community Health in 2007. She will graduate with her Masters in Legal Studies in Human Resources and Employment Law in May 2024.
